Check the editor's save handler: confirm it sends the update to the correct row (id match), handles the response, and surfaces errors instead of failing silently. 4. Fix the root cause found, then verify end-to-end: edit a post title, save, confirm the change persists after reload AND appears on the public /insights page. 5. Report the root cause in one sentence.

How much will higher education cost in 15 years?
