Editing an existing blog post in /admin is not working. Diagnose before fixing: 1. Reproduce: open a post in the editor, change the title, save. Check RLS on posts for the CURRENT auth user: run an UPDATE as an authenticated session for projects@designroars.com and report whether it succeeds. If the update policy fails, report the policy definition — if it references a specific user id or role that no longer matches (the auth user was recently recreated), fix the policy to grant authenticated users full manage access, not a specific user id. 3. Check the editor's save handler: confirm it sends the update to the correct row (id match), handles the response, and surfaces errors instead of failing silently. 4. Fix the root cause found, then verify end-to-end: edit a post title, save, confirm the change persists after reload AND appears on the public /insights page. 5. Report the root cause in one sentence.

What is CAGR and how do you calculate it?

Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) is the rate at which an investment grows annually over a specific period, assuming the profits are reinvested each year. Unlike absolute returns, CAGR provides a smoothed annual rate that accounts for the effects of compounding, making it the gold standard for comparing different investments.

The formula is CAGR = [(Final Value / Initial Value)^(1 / Years)] - 1. While absolute returns might look impressive over long periods, CAGR tells you the real efficiency of your capital. It is particularly useful for evaluating equity portfolios or business growth where returns fluctuate year-to-year.
